The Basic Rock Climbing Training is designed for beginners and aspiring climbers who want to build a strong and safe foundation. This course focuses on understanding climbing systems, movement techniques and safety procedures in a controlled environment. Participants learn top-rope climbing techniques, correct belaying methods and effective communication between climbers and belayers.
The training also includes mock lead climbing, introduction to free lead climbing concepts, understanding fall factors, basic anchor awareness and safe rappelling techniques.
