The training includes top-rope ice climbing, ice screw placement, basic protection methods and essential safety practices. Advanced Ice Climbing Training

The Advanced Ice Climbing Training is designed for experienced climbers aiming to tackle steep and technical ice routes. This course focuses on lead climbing on ice, advanced ice protection techniques and multi-pitch ice climbing systems.

Participants learn complex anchor building, efficient movement on vertical ice, advanced rope handling and rescue techniques specific to icy terrain. Emphasis is placed on safety, efficiency and decision-making in harsh alpine environments. This training prepares climbers for winter ascents, technical alpine climbs and high-altitude expeditions where advanced ice climbing skills are essential.
